Martino Cartier

Celebrity stylist and philanthropist, Martino Cartier, is a fixture in the beauty industry. His award-winning salon reached the height of popularity after being featured on Bravo TV in 2008, where he gathered millions of fans. Since this exposure, Cartier has been highlighted in publications such as Vogue, W Magazine, Celebrity Stylist Magazine and more.

Before creating his own brand, “Martino By Martino Cartier”, he was the International Artistic Director for Keratin Complex for 6 years and the Global Artistic Director for Hotheads for 2 years. In 2019, Martino was offered a collaboration with the beauty giant, Amazon, as their “go to” beauty authority for their recently launched Luxury division. Martino launched and hosted their 1st beauty summit in L.A.

Today, you can find Cartier on HSN/QVC, where he has been entertaining 94 million TV viewers for nearly a decade. He also sells his own line of hair care, Martino By Martino Cartier, where proceeds fund his non-profit, WIGSandWISHES.org. The global charity grants free high-end hair replacement to women and children battling cancer all over the world. Cartier runs his non-profit with zero paid employees. His charity boasts over 125 volunteers throughout 200-plus locations, where over 150,000 wigs are provided and 50-plus wishes are granted. In all, he’s changed at least one million lives. Martino’s best words to live by are “If you don’t know how to give, you don’t know how to live”.

Christopher Clemente

Christopher Clemente is the owner and founder of Captivating Construction Group. He is a second-generation home builder and developer.

Born and raised in Colts Neck, New Jersey, Chris has grown up spending his days on his father’s jobsites. He has taken the company from developing within a few towns in New Jersey, to currently expanding over the tri-state area. From owning, operating and developing affordable housing rental units, to methodically constructing prestigious properties. Chris treats each project as if it were his own home, directly resulting in the successful and rapid growth of Captivating Construction Group, year after year.

Through his experience with remediation work within the construction world, he has created a division, SprayRite, specializing in disinfecting and sanitizing. SprayRite has been on the frontline helping businesses in all walks of life, get back on their feet, providing a safe environment for workers and customers alike.

Lawrence Cruz

Lawrence Cruz is the Chief Patent Counsel at Conair Corporation, a position he has held since 2002. In addition, he has served as an advisor to two startup surgical device companies during this time. His responsibilities are broad and have given him experience in legal and business functions that include all areas of intellectual property, litigation, licensing and contractual matters, negotiating and structuring legal and business deals, business and investment due diligence, new product development, inventing, and various miscellaneous business and legal matters. His prior experiences include intellectual property counsel positions at FMC Corporation and United States Surgical Corporation, and in private law practice. He started his career at the United States Patent Office. During the past decade he has been a frequent speaker at intellectual property law conferences.

Mr. Cruz devotes much of his time to participating in fund raising events for various national charities, including having participated in over 150 charity running events accompanied by his son, who is on the autism spectrum. He also actively mentors current law students and recent law school graduates.

Lawrence Cruz obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, and he holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the George Washington University Law School.

Jonathan DePrisco

Brooklyn native Jonathan DePrisco (P/K/A Structure The Spin Dr.) has established himself as a world-class turntablist and the go-to entertainer for exclusive film, music, fashion, sports, philanthropic and private events. Best known for his high intensity performances he’s played to over 1000 audiences in 15+ Countries, sharing the stage with entertainers including DJ AM, Steve Aoki, R3hab, 2 Chainz, Afrojack and Lil Jon to name a few.

After developing a stellar reputation amongst A-List clientele (from Versace to Veuve Clicquot, the NHL to the World Boxing Confederation, Ciroc to Avion, UNICEF to F*ck Cancer to Lady Gaga and more) Jonathan transitioned from behind the turntables to help foster the next generation of musical talent. While managing, he facilitated his artists being signed to major entities like Tiesto and Ultra Music. Their projects have included Remixes for The Chainsmokers “Somebody” (Disruptor/Columbia Records - released June 2018) and a spot on Tiesto’s album Club Life Vol 4. which charted on Billboard at No. 2. Under his wing, these artists performed all over the world alongside headliners like Tiesto, Kygo and Carnage, and together generated over 50 million streams in a short time.

Since retiring from music , Jonathan has taken over as General Manager of the Eats Channel. Eats is a media juggernaut best described as “dessert for your eyes”, a hybrid version of Playboy and Maxim that has over 250k visitors on their social media page daily.

Peter Giannone

Peter Giannone is the Senior Director of Operations and General Manager at Conair Corporation. He joined Conair in 2007 as the international manager for Owner, Leandro P. Rizzuto, with whom he worked closely with for almost 10 years. Along with Mr. Rizzuto’s grandson, Julian, Peter supported the company’s global interests and traveled extensively in the U.S., Asia, Europe and South America. He has served on the Professionals Committee for Greenwich, CT based Kids in Crisis, organizing fundraising events and recruiting to support the organization.

Born in North Reading, Massachusetts, Peter attended the University of Massachusetts-Amherst where he studied Marketing, volunteered in multiple local charities and organized events for the American Cancer Society. He later received his MBA at Bentley College in Waltham, MA with a concentration in International Business. He lives in New Canaan, CT with his wife Heather, daughters Charlotte Josephine and, Arya, their Bernese Mountain Dog.

Richard King

Richard C. King, Jr. is the CEO of Eriden Global Inc., an investment holding company that owns multiple businesses that create and utilize deep machine learning artificial intelligence solutions. Commoditizing AI to offer Deep machine learning-as-a-Service (DaaS). Previously, Richard spent 10+ years involved with multiple start-ups in both public and private venture capital. He was the founding chairman of Blackline (symbol:BLN), and a partner in GT Relentless LLC, a music distribution platform with Garth Brooks that was absorbed by Amazon. Before Richard entered the venture capital industry he spent almost 10 years working in wealth management for Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Wachovia Securities. He focused on creating tax efficient strategies for options, fixed income, and concentrated stock positions for UHNW clients in the entertainment industry. Richard was a member of The Ole Miss Football team and graduated with a BA from The Michigan State University. He attended the Pepperdine University MBA program and now resides in Boca raton Florida with his family.

Andrew Cargill MacMillan

Andrew Cargill MacMillan aka ACME is a 33 year old South Florida native with a B.S. in Business Administration from Kaplan Online University…Andrew is a proud husband, and father of 2…He is dedicated to partake in designing the roadmap to and implicating the UN SDGs-the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals throughout the years 2030-2050…The next 5 years are paramount to creating the UN SDGs Partnership for the Goals and designing the roadmap towards the goals, of which are the most humanitarian goals ever envisioned in human existence…Andrew clearly sees that the Dream Link Foundations existing network and resources enable it to becoming a leading component in the UN SDGs strategic framework…

In the next few years, ACME plans to further develop relationships within the Dream Link Foundation and broaden its horizons through an expanded network of donors and global operations to better fulfill Dream Links Purpose and to see if it is capable of taking on the largest challenge in human history—that is the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals, which equates to the realization of happy dreams for 100’s of millions of children…In a few years time the CCF-Cargill Cares Foundation may become a donor to the Dream Link Foundation if it fits within the Cargill Cultures strategic intent. Until then, the focus is on collaborating with charities that make a global impact like the BMGF-Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. We aspire to being the global leader in linking kids with their dreams.

Michael Matulis

Spending half his life in Wisconsin and the other half in Southern California, Michael’s career spans 38 years in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry, with a strong emphasis on Beauty products. He has held leadership roles for large sized multinational companies such as PepsiCo, The Dial Corporation, Alberto-Culver and Conair Corporation. In 1997, Michael joined Pacific World Cosmetics, a Nail and Accessories beauty company with annual sales of $25M. Moving up the ranks to Sr. Vice President of Sales & Category Management and joining the Executive Team in 2002, he contributed to ten- fold sales growth by 2016. Michael was a key member of several M&A teams during his tenure at Pacific World. Most recently, Mr. Matulis was the Vice President/General Manager for Allegro Creative for 5 years, a Beauty Division of Conair Corporation. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Marquette University.

Michael has been involved with and supports the Special Olympics in stride with his now 28 year old son Caleb who has Down syndrome. He has two other sons, Jared and Levi who are musicians. He resides in Mar Vista, California with his wife Angie and their 4 dogs.

Tina Milosavljevic

Tina is an entrepreneur and devoted philanthropist who holds duel bachelor degrees in Management, Organizational and Social Sciences, as well as Master of Laws. With a fluency in six languages it’s safe to say that she is a natural at cross cultural communication and excels at being a leader under pressure. Her most important work spans all things digital with some incredibly meaningful societal projects to highlight; Wrongful Conviction Podcast with Jason Flom (Lava Records), Innocence Project’ campaigns for jurisdictional reforms and unity, Drug Policy Alliance’ advocate, Smiles Through Cars’ Executive Board Member and FAM (Fighting All Monsters) creative director.

When asked why she dedicates such an enormous amount of time for these projects she then answers “For the culture. It starts with me and continues with you. If we practice this often we inspire others to join. Empathy is a beautiful thing.”

Jason Olson

Jason Olson graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge, School of Law in 2011 and joined the California State Bar that same year. After law school he took a position as the Vice President at American Medical Forensic Specialists, one of the top Medical Expert Networks on the west coast. Jason worked with the top law firms across the country in locating top medical experts. In 2014 Jason joined Kabateck Brown Kellner LLP, a nationally respected Plaintiff Litigation firm, as the Business Development Manager eventually being promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer at the firm.

In 2017 Jason successfully launched his new venture BlahCow Gaming, live producing a variety of content on Twitch.tv. In 2019 he expanded his business launching BlahCow LLC which provides business development, business operation and technology consulting services across multiple industries.

Michael Spanos

Michael Spanos II completed an internship with the Chargers in the summer of 2012 before spending the last three years (2013-15) working at the National Football League Office in New York. Spanos worked in a variety of capacities at the League office, including Management Council Labor Operations, Entertainment Marketing, the NFL Legends Community, Community Relations, Public Relations and Social Responsibility, and Digital Media Business Development. Spanos joined the Chargers in July 2016 as a salary cap and personnel assistant.

A native of Stockton, Calif., Spanos attended Lincoln High School where he lettered in football and was named the San Joaquin Athletic Association's Most Valuable Player as a senior. Spanos then attended Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif., where he played running back for the Cardinal football team. He graduated with a degree in Science Technology and Society in 2013.

Jason Tiger

Jason Tiger started his career managing the Asia operation at a top 10 children's toy company, that ultimately sold in 2019. He then has started the company Tiger Source, LLC to incubate companies, influencers, and other entities through product development and sourcing around the world.

Peter Tiger

Peter comes from an entrepreneurial South African family and spent his early years in his parents’ jewelry and diamond business. He grew up in Johannesburg and came to the United States at 18 to continue his entrepreneurial passion after obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and Accounting at San Diego State University.

In 1985, Peter graduated and joined Laventhol & Horwath, CPA’s (7th largest at the time in the US) where he earned his CPA. In 1990, he left L&H to join Superba neckwear as it’s CFO where he was instrumental in helping to grow its sales and profitability. He was a member of the Board of Directors and it’s third largest shareholder. The company’s sales were $15 Million (3% of US market) in 1990 and by 2006, when it was acquired by PVH, its sales had increased to $280 Million (55% of US market). In 2001, Peter left Superba and joined Imperial Toy as its CFO. In 2003, he became Co-President of the company and in 2005 he purchased it.The company grew its sales from $35 Million to $125 Million by 2010, transforming it from a non-licensed, non-proprietary, and non-branded business to a universally recognized, branded, licensed and proprietary toy company. In 2019, the company was sold to another toy company.

Peter now spends his time helping and investing in young entrepreneurs by developing their businesses into dynamic organizations. Peter loves seeing innovative, original ideas develop into successful companies led by exciting people who are fun to work with. He enjoys working with his wife and son developing their budding businesses, as well as playing tennis as much as he can

Stuart Vetterick

Stuart Vetterick has 20 plus years of experience in both finance and real estate finance. He has worked on both the individual and corporate level, managing transactions upwards of more than a billion dollars. At the corporate level, he has successfully completed multiple mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity offerings. At the individual level, he specialized in sourcing public and private debt/equity for existing and development opportunities. Currently, Stuart is a Broker Associate at Hilton & Hyland, the top luxury residential real estate brokerage firm in Los Angeles, working with homeowners, investors, and developers to buy and sell their real estate assets.

Stuart’s career, prior to Hilton & Hyland, included Director of Business Development for Beal Bank, Vice President of Structured Products for CSG Investments, a subsidiary of Beal Bank, Director of Acquisitions at Silverado Interests, Vice President of Commercial Mortgaged Backed Securities (CMBS) Originations at Banc of America Securities, and Analyst at Hillwood Development. He received his BA in Finance and Real Estate Finance at Southern Methodist University in 1999. Mr. Vetterick has his Texas and California Real Estate Broker’s License.
